Volunteer Details: GENERAL PHOTOS of the children in costumes and of the festival activities: Also, to take photos at the Start and Finish area for the Spooky Sprint race

Start Line and Village Area at Thrasher Park

Volunteer Details: We need peppy cheer squads to get our party started and finished! Come serve the community and earn hours. Come dressed in your school or recreation uniforms or as a character of your choice. Family-friendly attire only. If under 16 parents or guardian requested.

Start Line Area at Thrasher Park

Volunteer Details: Will assist with the set-up of the registration area and assist participants through the check-in process; which would include the following:
- Check-in volunteers
- Brief volunteers on-site layout
- Brief volunteers on emergency procedures
- Answer volunteer inquiries
- Alert Shift Managers of volunteer shortages
- Distribute armbands and lanyards
- Communication site for volunteers

Registration Tent at Thrasher Park

Volunteer Details:
We need volunteers to oversee the snack/beverage station. You will assist with passing out water, fruit, nutrition bars, and prizes to the participants.

Location: Near the start and finish mark for the Spooky Sprint

Assist within any areas in the village throughout the event

Village Area at Thrasher Park

Volunteer Details:
- Assist with greeting traffic and pedestrians at assigned parking areas.
- Provide directions to vendors, volunteers, and participants
- Assist in safe parking for “drop-offs” at the front gate area
- Assist with directing traffic into and around the Festival site
- Monitor pedestrian safety and direct as necessary
- Safely control exiting vehicles

Thrasher Park and overflow parking areas

Volunteer Details: We need 14 volunteers to set up action stations with games and prizes from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
- Set Up Check-In tent (if not already set up)
- Arrange table and chairs
- Place table cloth down
- Set up volunteers shirts (arrange by size) and lanyards
- Set out the volunteer check-in sheets, assignments spreadsheets with job descriptions and pen and paper

Volunteer Details:

Volunteer Details: Searching for costume characters to interact with and be part of our festival. We are looking for superheroes, princess characters, mascots, and more.
If you are a student group and are willing to assist. We need a count of volunteers and what character each will represent. All ages are welcome but under 16 must have a guardian.

Volunteer Details: Will assist with the breakdown of the areas across the village, pack up the registration area and assist with the packing up of leftover supplies, t-shirts, goody bags, etc., and load-out.
